The Blackpool Magic Convention brings an economic benefit to the resort of more than £1m a year. February is usually a quiet month for most seaside resorts but events like this show that Blackpool is open for business all year round.

In 2017 the club celebrated its 75^th year. It’s now one of the most respected magic clubs in the industry. It holds a place in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s biggest and best attended magic convention. And Blackpool Magicians Club itself was formed in April 1941!
